Lead Generation Specialist (B2B) — Remote
Job Description:
A premium business growth company helping established businesses scale through a full-stack growth system across brand, marketing, web, content, and operations. We are building a high-performance client acquisition engine and are hiring a Lead Generation Specialist to fuel our pipeline with qualified opportunities.
This is a foundational role in the company and can develop into a long-term position as the business scales.
The Role
Your mission is to deliver high-quality, pre-qualified leads so our Sales Manager can close.
You will research and compile targeted prospect lists, identify and verify decision-makers, and provide clean lead data with light qualification notes.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and build targeted lead lists in selected UK niches
- Identify and verify decision-makers (Owner/Founder/Director/Head of Marketing)
- Gather accurate lead details: company name, website, industry, size, contact method (email/LinkedIn), location
- Apply qualification filters (budget potential, growth stage, clear need, service gaps)
- Keep lead tracking organised in Google Sheets/Notion/CRM
- Provide brief notes on why each lead is a strong match
What Success Looks Like (Deliverables)
- Clean, accurate lead lists that match our targeting criteria (not volume spam)
- 50 qualified leads per niche sprint as a standard benchmark
- Consistent weekly output aligned to agreed targets
- High conversion quality: leads that actually book calls / respond
Ideal Candidate
- Strong research skills and attention to detail
- Experience building B2B lead lists via LinkedIn, directories, and company sites
- Understands what makes a lead qualified, not just “a business exists”
- Independent, reliable, fast communicator
- Bonus: experience in B2B lead generation, SDR support, agency/client acquisition, or outbound systems
Compensation (Important)
This role is results-driven and designed to scale with performance:
- Starter base fee for initial delivery
- Performance bonus tied to lead quality and conversion milestones
- Opportunity to move into a long-term ongoing role as the pipeline stabilises and the company grows
