A UK bases agency is looking for a Communications Assistant to support our client's organisation internal and external communication efforts. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in developing their skills in influencer marketing/ talent management and communications. The successful candidate will play a vital role in enhancing the organisation’s reputation and ensuring clear, consistent messaging across email channels.

Duties

  • Answering emails on main business hub
  • Negotiating influencer paid deals and gifting
  • Staying on top of organisation (emails, spreadsheets, WhatsApp's)
  • General admin for directors

Qualifications

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (UK Tone)
  • Knowledge of talent management principles and practices is highly desirable
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Previous experience or education related to communications, media, or public relations is advantageous but not essential
  • A proactive attitude with a keen interest in organisational communication strategies and influencer marketing
