We are looking for empathetic, reliable individuals to join a rapidly scaling team dedicated to supporting the NHS, local authorities, and housing associations across the country.


The Role: Purpose & Impact


As a Virtual Care Caller, you are a vital lifeline for service users. Your primary mission is to provide welfare checks, medication reminders, and befriending calls to ensure wellbeing is monitored and isolation is reduced.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welfare & Medication Calls: Conduct scheduled outreach to vulnerable clients to ensure they are safe and following their care plans.
  • Befriending: Provide a warm, human connection to help improve client mental health and reduce loneliness.
  • Accurate Logging: Maintain precise records of every interaction within CRM systems and Salesforce.
  • Communication: Coordinate with families, professional carers, and healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to care.
  • Escalation: Identify and report safeguarding concerns or health issues to Shift Leads immediately.

  • Detail-Oriented: You understand that in a care setting, accurate data entry and logging are critical for safety.
  • Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable using remote tools, CRM software, and digital communication platforms.
  • Resilient: You are sensitive to emotional concerns and can handle safeguarding issues with maturity and sound judgment.

Role Details & Requirements

  • Hours: 35 hours per week (Full-time).
  • Shift Pattern: Rota-based coverage across Monday – Sunday, between 07:00 and 21:00 (includes bank holidays and evenings).
  • Overtime: Opportunities for additional hours are available.
  • Location: Fully Remote
  • Experience: Previous experience in a care setting is beneficial but not essential—we value the right attitude and communication style above all else.
