Appointment Setter – Remote
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Appointment Setter to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This role involves engaging with potential clients via telecommunication to schedule appointments, supporting our sales efforts and ensuring smooth client onboarding. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be fluent in English, and preferably bilingual in Spanish. Prior experience in B2C sales, telemarketing, and familiarity with Salesforce or CRM software will be advantageous. Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate interest and set appointments for the sales team
- Manage and update client information within CRM systems such as Salesforce or other CRM software
- Maintain a professional and courteous communication style during all interactions
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure quality appointment scheduling
- Follow up with potential clients as necessary to confirm appointments and gather relevant information
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimise scheduling processes and improve outreach strategies
- Keep detailed records of all calls and interactions for reporting purposes
Experience
- Proven experience in B2C sales or telemarketing roles is preferred
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms is highly desirable
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining productivity
- Previous experience in appointment setting or lead generation roles will be considered an asset
