Job Description:

Our client builds sophisticated AI voice agents for restaurants, salons, and repair shops, allowing business owners to automate calls, bookings, and orders while maintaining a natural, human-like experience. We are looking for a high-energy, solution-oriented professional to bridge the gap between technical onboarding and world-class support.



What You’ll Do

  • Onboarding: Run calls with new customers to translate their workflows (services, constraints, and language) into structured AI setups.
  • Live Support: Handle inbound calls, texts, and emails. You’ll troubleshoot real-time voice agent issues and think creatively when edge cases arise.
  • Systems & Feedback: Document cases in Salesforce, communicate via Slack, and identify recurring friction points to help the engineering team improve the product.
  • Issue Ownership: Gather full context on technical glitches and own the resolution end-to-end.



Requirements

  • Experience: 2–5+ years in customer support, onboarding, or high-touch SaaS roles.
  • Communication: Fluency in English (C1/C2) with strong verbal and written skills. You should be conversational and engaging, not robotic.
  • Technical Comfort: Ability to handle ambiguous situations and gather context even when information is incomplete.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize multiple active cases and maintain accuracy under pressure.
  • Bonus Points: Experience with Salesforce, Intercom, or OpenPhone; previous work with SMBs (Small-to-Medium Businesses); or experience in a startup environment.
