The Role: Impact & Responsibilities
As a Booking Co-ordinator, your mission is to match the right personnel to the right shifts. You will manage complex rotas and ensure that every service gap is filled with compliant, capable staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Rota Management: Coordinate staff bookings and manage daily/weekly schedules to meet fluctuating service needs.
- Shift Fulfilment: Proactively contact staff via phone and email to maximize coverage while ensuring all compliance standards are met.
- Client & Staff Relations: Act as a professional and friendly point of contact for both clients and the workforce, resolving issues quickly and effectively.
- Data Integrity: Accurately update internal IT systems and maintain clear, audit-ready records of all bookings and interactions.
- Collaborative Support: Work closely with the wider team to maintain high-quality service standards during fast-paced periods.

Requirements
- Care Coordination Experience: Minimum of 1 year is required for this role.
- Background: Previous experience in customer service, sales, call handling, or booking coordination is highly preferred.
