A multifaceted professional operation based in the UK, We are looking for a high-level, proactive Personal Assistant and Operations Administrator to provide essential support to leadership.
This role is ideal for a versatile professional who thrives on variety and possesses a background in high-stakes environments such as legal, finance, or executive secretarial work.

The Role: Impact & Responsibilities
You will be the "right hand" to the operation, ensuring that day-to-day administrative tasks are handled with precision, discretion, and speed. You will act as a gatekeeper and coordinator across various professional functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Coordination: Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate virtual meetings and calls.
- Travel & Logistics: Research and book travel arrangements and accommodation.
- Information Management: Manage high volumes of emails and calls, maintain organized electronic filing systems, and conduct online research to prepare executive summaries.
- Meeting Support: Take accurate meeting minutes and ensure all action items are followed up on diligently.
- Operational Admin: Support basic HR and finance functions, including the processing of timesheets, invoices, and expenses.

Requirements
- Proven Experience: You must have a background in one or more of the following sectors: Legal, Finance (Accounting/Investment), Events, Bookings, or Professional Secretarial roles.
- Organizational Excellence: Strong ability to prioritize a diverse workload and meet tight deadlines.
- Communication: Friendly and professional verbal and written communication skills.
