We are seeking an experienced Sales Co-ordinator to support day-to-day operations and maintain the gold-standard service our client is known for.
Role Overview
- Position: Sales Co-ordinator
- Schedule: Part-time (2 full days per week, scheduled between Monday and Wednesday, 09:00 – 17:00).
- Flexibility: Ability to work additional hours to cover peak periods or holidays is required.
- Location: 100% Remote (Home-based).
Your Impact
As an integral member of a fast-growing team, you will manage the heartbeat of the sales operation. Your primary focus will be ensuring that orders, quotations, and client inquiries are handled with precision and speed.
Key Responsibilities
- Order & Quote Management: Facilitate and manage client orders and formal quotations from start to finish.
- Client Support: Act as a key point of contact for architects, interior designers, and contractors, providing world-class service.
- Office Administration: Handle essential administrative tasks to ensure the sales cycle remains fluid and efficient.
- Team Collaboration: Assist senior team members with ad-hoc projects and operational needs.
Who You Are
- Industry Expert: You possess essential experience within the Lighting Industry. You understand the products, the terminology, and the specific needs of design professionals.
- Methodical & Precise: You have an obsessive attention to detail and a proven track record of managing complex stakeholder relationships.
- Tech-Savvy: You have an excellent command of Microsoft Office. Experience with Odoo Business Software is a significant advantage.
- Independent Operator: You thrive working from home, managing multiple deadlines simultaneously without needing constant supervision.
- Problem Solver: You remain calm under pressure and can make sound, logical decisions when faced with tight turnarounds.
Requirements
- Proven background in Sales Co-ordination or Sales Support.
- Reliable, high-speed internet access (a VoIP telephone system will be provided by the client).
- Entrepreneurial drive and a passion for high-quality, innovative client solutions.
